Idealflow
From idea to done—solo or with a small team. Learn how the four agents fit into your workflow and when to use each one.
The lifecycle: idea to done
Capture ideas
Start with ideas, bugs, or requests. Use the Mutate agent to quickly create tasks from chat: "Create a task for fixing the login bug, high priority." Tasks go into your backlog where you can organize them.
Organize your backlog
Connect tasks to your team (or teams). Use the Default agent to list tasks by team and see what's in each backlog. Labels and workflow keep work organized—whether you're solo or with others.
Plan work
Use the Plan agent to suggest scope based on workload, capacity, and priorities. Ask "Plan work for [your team]" and review the suggested structure. Apply changes from the action dock when ready.
Execute and track
Use the Default agent to check status: "What's in progress?" or "Show my tasks." Move tasks through workflow statuses. Use Mutate for quick updates: "Update task ENG-5 to in progress."
Close and iterate
Complete work and review. Use the Plan agent again for the next cycle with historical data. Incomplete work moves back to backlog. The cycle continues.
The four agents
Zyvia has four specialized agents. Each is optimized for different tasks. Switch between them in chat to get the right help at the right time.

Mutate

- •Create new tasks
- •Update task status, assignee, or priority

- •Need to search your codebase
- •Look up external information
- •Find related code or documentation
