Seeworkflow
Whether you're solo or with a small team—statuses, boards, and backlogs in one place. See what's in progress and plan ahead without tab hopping.
How workflow works
Statuses
Define statuses (e.g. Backlog, In progress, Review, Done) and move tasks through them. Each team can have its own status flow so workflow matches how you work.
Boards and backlogs
View work on boards by status or in backlogs by priority. See what's in progress, what's blocked, and what's next. Filter by team or assignee.
End-to-end flow
Tasks and teams drive the workflow. From backlog to in progress to done—one place to see the full pipeline and spot bottlenecks.
Tips for better workflow
Get the most out of statuses and views.
- Use statuses that match your process—no need to adopt a fixed workflow.
- Combine list and board views: lists for triage, boards for standups.
- Filter by assignee or team to see workload before committing to work.
- Connect workflow to the agent: ask 'What's in progress?' or 'Show my backlog.'
Views at a glance
- List view: sort and filter tasks; great for triage and backlog grooming.
- Board view: columns by status; drag and drop to update; great for standups.
- Table view: dense view with key columns; export or scan many items at once.
- Backlog: uncommitted work by priority; pull into your queue when you're ready.
Customization
- Each team can have its own statuses (e.g. Backlog, Dev, QA, Done).
- Workflow is shared across tasks in the same team.
- Labels and priorities work across views so filtering stays consistent.
- Use the agent to ask about workflow: 'What's in review?' or 'Show blocked tasks.'
