Migration tips
- Import into a new workspace first to test the migration before moving everything
- Review mapped fields before importing—you can adjust mappings
- After import, set up workflow statuses to match your process
- Use templates to create consistent task structure
- Import in batches if you have a large amount of data
After migration
Set up workflow
Define statuses that match your process. Each team can have its own workflow so it matches how you work.
Organize tasks
Group imported tasks into teams. Use labels for initiatives, product areas, or clients.
Plan your first batch of work
Add tasks from backlogs and use the Plan agent to suggest scope based on workload.
Invite your team
Invite teammates and assign them to tasks. Set up teams and permissions so everyone has the right access.
